Standing With You at Life's Crossroads

With over ten years of experience as a therapist, I bring a depth of clinical expertise grounded in advanced training, compassionate care, and a commitment to lifelong learning.  I offer counselling services to youth and adults navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, parenting, stress, and personal growth. While my practice serves clients with diverse concerns, I have developed specialized expertise in reproductive and maternal mental health, birth and reproductive trauma, attachment, infant-parent mental health, and family wellbeing. My advanced professional training includes the prestigious Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellowship through the University of California, advanced certification programs with Postpartum Support International, a two-year training in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, and specialized studies in existential grief therapy. These programs have equipped me with a nuanced understanding of the intersections between mental health, relationships, identity, and resilience across the lifespan.

In addition to my work with adults, I have extensive training and experience supporting children, parents, and families. I look forward to expanding these services in Campbell River, drawing on my background in attachment, child development, collaborative problem-solving, and family-centred care. Beyond my professional work, I am a creative writer who believes in the transformative power of stories. I am also the proud parent of two neurodivergent children, whose unique perspectives enrich both my personal and professional life. When I am not counselling or writing, I can often be found picking berries on our family farm and enjoying the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. My goal is to bring thoughtful, evidence-informed, and accessible mental health care to the Campbell River community, helping people build meaningful lives through connection, self-understanding, and growth.
