Accessible, affordable counselling
We are pleased to be in a position to provide subsidized counselling through our Clinical Internship Program in partnerships with Yorkville University, City University of Seattle, and others.
Each one of our clinicians went through the process of internships, and it's now our turn to pay it forward!
Our ask: $40 per session (to help pay for rental and development costs).
(Please note that this service is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.)
Meet our Interns!
Elise Dreef
Elise has extensive experience in the healthcare field and is now in the final stages of completing her Masters in Counselling through Yorkville University. She works with adults and youths 16+ and has a keen interest in the areas of grief, anxiety first responder trauma, and perinatal mental health. She is completing her internship under the supervision of Ron Depner, RCC-ACS
Sarah Campbell
Sarah's previous career as an RN has brought her a wealth of lived and practical experience working with clients in crisis. He works with adults and youths (16+). Areas of interest include reproductive trauma perinatal mental health, motherhood transition, and supports after medical crises or interventions. She is completing her internship under the supervision of Ron Depner, RCC-ACS
Anna Van Tol. Anna is a mature student who has completed her Master's program and is working toward finalizing her full counselling registration under the guidance of Maura O'Keefe Skates, RSW, and Clinic Director Ron Depner, RCC-ACS.
Please note that Anna is no longer accepting new clients through this program as she is nearing completion of her clinical hours.
