Please verify your own specific plan details to ensure that your plan covers the type of clinician (RCC or RSW), type of session, and whether your specific plan allows for direct billing.  Some insurers cover 100% of sessions, while others cover a smaller portion.  The remainder that isn't covered will simply be applied to your credit card and you will receive a receipt which can be used for secondary coverage (if applicable).

****Please note that in the case of Sun Life, Medavie Blue Cross, Pacific Blue Cross and Greenshield/Provider-connect policies, there will be a service fee of $4.75 (plus GST) per submission.   This is to offset the significant administrative cost of direct insurance submission for our clinic.  Thank you for your understanding.
