Standing With You at Life's Crossroads
My path to counselling began in the wilderness. For twenty years I guided groups through multi-day hiking and paddling journeys across BC and the Yukon — and those experiences shaped everything about how I work today. I learned that even in the darkest forest, there is always a path forward. Sometimes it just takes two people to find it.
That is what I bring to the counselling room. Whether you are standing at a crossroads, carrying weight you were never meant to carry alone, or simply longing for change you can't quite see yet, I walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow. You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
I work with individuals aged 16 and up navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and questions of meaning and identity. My approach draws on four evidence-based modalities, woven together to fit what each client needs:

-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Narrative Therapy
-
Existential Therapy
I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. When I am not in session, you will most likely find me out on a nature walk or cooking up a meal for friends.
I am currently accepting new clients and would love the opportunity to work with you. Please use the booking link below to book a session, or reach out directly by email.
