I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works with individuals navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a safe space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move toward resilience and healing.

I bring specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My practice is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on somatic and relational approaches to help clients process experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate self-leadership.

  • Life Transitions

  • Relationships & Communication

Clients experience me as warm, approachable, and down-to-earth. I believe healing happens in the context of a supportive relationship, and I aim to ask the questions that invite insight while respecting the pace and goals of each individual.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy photography, time outdoors, and the grounding beauty of the Pacific Northwest, which remind me daily of the importance of connection—to self, to others, and to the world around us.

Meeting you where you're at with warmth and compassion.
