Honest Connection and Compassionate Care

Moving through seasons of pain, uncertainty, or change can feel heavy and isolating. Finding someone who can meet you in those moments matters deeply. As a counselling intern, I approach this work with a deep sense of respect for the courage it takes to share your story. It is both a privilege and an honour to witness the fullness of our shared humanity, its tenderness, resilience, and complexity. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship, where space is created for understanding, healing, and meaningful change.
With over a decade of experience as a nurse, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and attentive presence to my practice. My time in healthcare has shaped how I understand the body, trauma, and the way people carry both visible and invisible wounds. I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating reproductive experiences, as well as those impacted by traumatic or life-altering medical events. I hold space with gentleness and curiosity, honouring each person’s story without judgment.
My approach is person centered and grounded in a deep trust that you carry your own wisdom, even in moments when it may feel hard to access. I aim to offer a steady, reflective presence as you make sense of your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.
