Are you finding it challenging to manage your eating habits, especially with the unique demands of ADHD?

 

Our new in-person group therapy program in Nanaimo is here to help!

Description:

This 5-week program is designed to provide practical support and strategies, helping you gain a better understanding of food and discover manageable ways to integrate healthy eating into your life.

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join – if you’re over the age of 16 and feel this group could benefit you, we welcome you!

  • Effective Meal Planning and Structuring

  • Mindful Eating Practices

  • Nutrition Foundations for ADHD

  • Navigating Eating with Stimulants

  • And many more

Price: $45 per session.

*Eligible for reimbursement under most insurers.  Please verify with your insurance advisor whether services by Registered Clinical Counsellors or Registered Dieticians are covered.

Kaitlyn Franklin RCC, RD, MACP

Kaitlyn is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Dietitian. Kaitlyn brings a non-judgmental, body-affirming lens to her approach and teaches her clients to build self-compassion, confidence and body acceptance into their daily life.  She has extensive experience working with disordered eating and difficulties with body image.
