This is a longer session for more in-depth individual counselling. Perhaps you are experiencing a crisis, or maybe you just like to go deeper! This is also the recommended (but not required) duration for initial therapy sessions.

50 Minute Individual
Session (1:1)
This is the typical choice for individuals wanting counselling. Dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, or personal issues? This is likely the type of session length you're looking for.

Online/Telephone Counselling (1:1)
For those who are keeping a safe distance due to pandemic/health reasons, or for those just unable to make it downtown, this is a great option to get a session in without having to leave your home or office!
